We are born with this natural instinct to take many things
contributing a lot in our lives for granted. This ungrateful attitude has cost
our Species a lot. Natural environment is on the top of the list of those
things we don’t have any appreciation for. We don’t even consider how crucial
the atmosphere around is to us. Every single element that nature provides us
has its own role in keeping this planet, not to mention this universe alive.
All we do is to liter our environment so carelessly. Thanks to the services of waste disposal, in Surrey we have them as well; we are living in clean environment.
Responsibility to
Nature:
Before littering our surroundings we don’t really give it a
thought that what kind of damages are we producing to the nature. Being selfish
as we humans are, with apologies to my fellow beings, we just think that
throwing the waste somewhere else would make the that filth that we created
someone else’s responsibility. That is not the case. The spot that you created
on the face of the Mother Nature by littering you environment is your
responsibility. Not only this but the waste around you that you weren’t the one
who made, that’s also your responsibility to clean.
Responsibility to
Generations:
At our homes we avoid to speak offensive terminologies in
front of our kids. But what we don’t avoid is making our environment hard to
live not only for us but especially for our younger generations to come.
Science tells us that matter never dies. So does the plastic, paper, bottles,
shoppers you are throwing away carelessly. What you are throwing on the road
without even thinking about it is going make the life hard for the people to
come.
Responsibility to
Country:
We always talk about nationalism, patriotism. Such ideals
may sound attractive to talk about but when it comes to applying those in
practical life, we all go on back foot. But not every time your country needs
you to die on border or spy the enemies. Sometime it asks little things that
may not seem as able to make any difference but at some level they count as a
lot. Cleaning a road in London, offering service of waste disposal in Surrey,
or picking wrapper in a from a street in Fulham, all of these may not look as
big as martyrdom for your country but if done with the same devotion, cannot be
any less.
Responsibility to Us:
We have a responsibility to ourselves too. We have to keep
our self-esteem higher, our integrity intact and our self-conscious alive.
Spreading filth is not a thing that a man with integrity would do. To prove
yourself to yourself you have to be higher and better than this. Disposing of
waste is not a big deal. It is not humanly to spread waste on cost of your
self-respect. Respect the environment to get respect from yourself.
You are your judge while doing these wrong doings when
nobody else is watching you. To save yourself from the regret of stabbing
nature, destroying future, and losing self-esteem, clean you environment
through waste disposal and perform your responsibility.
